Rates valid until 31.12.2010.
PERLA Apartment : spacious lounge - dining-room, equipped kitchen with microwave, 3 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds added, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 with bath, balcony (ideal for 2 families).
CORALLO Apartment : entrance, living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms one with additional bunk bed, dressing room with second sink and a bathroom with shower.
ALGA Apartment : bright spacious kitchen equipped, 1 double bedroom with additional bunk bed, sitting area with sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower, balcony.
STELLA MARINA Apartment : large lounge -dining-room with sofa bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balconies and panoramic terrace.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The reservations is valid from the time of payment of deposit equal to 30% of the total amount payable. The balance must be paid on arrival, when the flat is handed over.
A week runs from Sunday to Sunday. The flats will delivered by 17.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure.
The Guest will have to pay the total amount even if they arrive later than planned or leave ahead of time.
The Direction reserves, in some case, to require to guests a deposit of € 150,00 that will be given back, to the departure, unless to return the apartment in the same conditions in which it has been received.
Otherwise, the security will be retained and if it was not enough to cover the damage caused, the costumer will be required to pay the difference.
The hosts undertake the cleansing of the premises that must be left in the same conditions in which they have been delivered.
If the costumer does not supply to carry out the cleaning or the Direction thought to them inappropriate, will be asked a compensation for the cost of the same .
Making some demanded to booking are confirmed, the hosts can alternatively enjoy a final service cleaning service to payment.
The flats cannot be occupied by a greater number of persons than those indicated on the booking form.
RATES INCLUDE:
- Utilities for electricity, water, and gas;
- Use of bike:
- Bedspreads;
- Linen of kitchen;
- TV colour;
- Taxes;
- Laundry.
- 1 beach umbrella + 2 deckchairs on beach convention;
- Cot free.
TO PAYMENT:
- Cleaning apartment ( Perla, Stella Marina, Alga, Corallo): € 50,00 each one;
- Bed linen (on request): € 7,00 to bed to change;
- Towels (on request): € 5,00 to person to change;
(1 bath towel , 1 towel from ace +1 guest)
- Extra bed : € 30,00 to week;
